All products available on Learn With Alan are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
- Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing the download link(s) for your purchased PDF guides or digital assets. You can also access your files via the “My Account > Downloads” section on our website.
- Delivery Time: * Instant Delivery: 99% of orders are delivered instantly after payment.
- Manual Review: In rare cases (e.g., payment verification flags), delivery may be manually reviewed and fulfilled within 1-6 hours.
- Download Validity: * Each download link is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
- To prevent unauthorized sharing, each link has a maximum limit of 5 download attempts. We recommend saving the files directly to your device (Cloud, Phone, or PC) immediately.
- Reissue Rules: If you lose your files or your link expires, please contact us with your Order ID. We will verify your purchase and reissue the download link free of charge.
- Troubleshooting Delivery Issues:
- Check Spam Folder: If you haven’t received your email within 5 minutes, please check your “Junk” or “Promotions” folder.
- Payment Status: Ensure your payment has been successfully processed.
- Technical Errors: If the file is corrupted or the link is broken, please email us with a screenshot of the error. We will provide an alternative download mirror (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox) within 12 hours.
